AirportNotes 2.0 is here — completely rebuilt from the ground up. It’s the biggest update since AirportNotes was first published in 2018, and it’s now available on the App Store and Google Play.
A new design
Clearer screens, larger touch targets and a light, dark or automatic appearance. The home screen picks up where you left off, with your last airport, recent airports and a quick note button one tap away.
Offline-first notes
Everything you write is saved on your device first and synchronized safely when you’re back online. If a note still hasn’t been sent after a day, AirportNotes reminds you. Unsent drafts from the previous version are recovered automatically.
Briefing notes
Briefing notes come with ready-made Arrival and Departure sections: STAR, Approach, Taxi, Stand, SID, Runway and NADP. Quick notes are still there for a fast reminder.

- A new world airport map with clustered markers and your noted airports highlighted
- Community notes can be sorted by recent or popular and filtered by topic and language
- Nearby airports with distance in nautical miles
- Runway details with length, width, surface and lighting, plus in-app airport database updates

- Pilot profiles with airline, rank and helpful score
- Sign in with Apple or Google, and link multiple sign-in methods to one account
- Password reset, and a reminder for your old username if you forget how you signed up
Introducing AirportNotes Pro
Community notes stay free to read and write. AirportNotes Pro adds private notes, sync across your devices and no ads, as a monthly or annual subscription. Existing Remove Ads purchases are still honored.
